POSITION: AVP Talent Acquisition
REPORTS TO: SVPHR
SUPERVISES: Recruiter

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directs the recruitment process for all levels of staff
  • Develops short and long term strategies to attract talent
  • Identifies talent needs and gaps
  • Identifies sources that will provide candidates with the highest level of skill
  • Develops relationships with educational, professional and community organizations
  • Directly recruits candidates for positions at Director level and above
  • Conducts direct searches when appropriate
  • Manages projects related to staffing
  • Oversees Social Media campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • At least 7 yrs. experience in Executive Search or Talent Acquisition at a senior level working inthe hospitality/service industry nationally.

POSITION: AVP Talent Development
REPORTSTO: SVPHR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the expansion of the talent management system including:
  • Coordinate Orientation / Onboarding for all employees
  • Facilitate bi-monthly Leadership sessions for management staff
  • Employee Development plans
  • Assess needs and identify ways to evaluate and enhance the total employee experience from internships, employment, retention, branding, education, and career pathing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors/Masters: OD, HR or IOPsych
  • At least 7 years’ experience in T&D, Management Development in a corporate or consultingenvironment. Must have creativity and enthusiasm and be customer focused.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is ideal
